Build the agentic OS for wealth.

We’re a small team turning every client relationship into the next revenue conversation — deployed with the desk, measured in revenue. If you want to ship agentic software that real advisors use every morning, we’d love to talk.

Engineering

You own the intelligence layer of the Avenell aOS: the agents that read a client’s full context — mandates, portfolios, meetings, and market signals — and surface the next best conversation. This is applied AI on real wealth-management workflows, with advisors using your output every morning and a human in the loop on anything client-facing.

What you’ll do

  • Design and ship agentic workflows (plan → research → act → review) for meeting prep, conviction matching, and portfolio analysis.
  • Engineer the context pipeline that assembles a living client record into prompts, with retrieval, summarization, and grounding over financial data.
  • Build evaluation harnesses and offline/online eval sets so quality is measurable before anything reaches an advisor.
  • Own model routing — selecting and evaluating frontier models per task, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • Partner with compliance to keep outputs explainable, auditable, and suitability-aware.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years building production software, with 2+ shipping LLM-powered features (RAG, agents, tool use, or evals).
  • Strong Python and TypeScript; comfortable owning a feature from prompt to deployment.
  • Rigorous about evaluation — you reach for measurement before vibes.
  • Calm with ambiguity and real users; you’ve shipped to people whose day depends on your software.
  • Bonus: exposure to wealth management, capital markets, or other regulated, data-dense domains.

You build the backbone the agents run on: the integrations, data model, and services that turn fragmented bank systems into one living client record. Reliability, security, and latency are first-class — this is the infrastructure a regulated institution trusts with its book.

What you’ll do

  • Design and operate the services and event pipelines that ingest CRM, core banking, custody, and market-data feeds.
  • Model the unified client record — mandates, holdings, transactions, meeting history — with correctness and lineage you can audit.
  • Build secure, well-versioned APIs for the agentic harness and the Advisor OS, with strong observability and SLOs.
  • Harden the platform: encryption, access controls, data residency, and tenant isolation by design.
  • Keep it fast — profile, cache, and optimize so advisors never wait on the data.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years building backend systems in production (Go, TypeScript/Node, or Python).
  • Solid grounding in distributed systems, data modeling, and API design.
  • Experience integrating third-party or enterprise systems (financial data a strong plus).
  • Security-minded — you treat data residency and least privilege as defaults, not features.
  • Bonus: fintech, core banking, custody, or market-data integration experience.

You are the bridge between Avenell and the institutions that run it. You sit with advisors and IT teams at design-partner banks, stand up integrations against their real systems, configure for their regulatory regime (DIFC, ADGM, and beyond), and turn each deployment into a repeatable playbook the product team can productize.

What you’ll do

  • Embed on-site with design-partner banks to scope, integrate, and launch Avenell desk by desk.
  • Stand up connections to the client’s CRM, core banking, custody, and market-data systems.
  • Configure compliance, suitability, and approval workflows to each institution’s regulatory regime.
  • Run pilots, gather advisor feedback, and feed concrete requirements back to product and engineering.
  • Codify each rollout into a transferable playbook so the next deployment is faster.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in software engineering or solutions/forward-deployed roles with direct customer exposure.
  • Full-stack pragmatism — you can integrate an API, write the glue, and debug in someone else’s environment.
  • Excellent communication; comfortable in the room with advisors, IT, and compliance officers.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site with partners across the GCC.
  • Bonus: familiarity with DIFC/ADGM or other financial regulatory regimes.
